How BusinessOnBot uses information on BOB Smart Ads. Last updated 14 September 2026.
What we collect
Account identifiers from sign-in (phone or SSO), campaign briefs, billing phone, optional GSTIN, shop domain if you connect Shopify, and payment status from Cashfree. We do not store card numbers, CVV, UPI PINs, or netbanking passwords.
Why we use it
To run your account, place campaigns, take INR payment, prevent fraud, and meet tax and accounting duties. We use processors such as hosting, database, authentication, and Cashfree Payments.
Sharing
We share what a destination platform needs to run the ads you ordered, and what Cashfree needs to process payment. We do not sell your personal information.
Retention
We keep campaign and payment records as required for operations, disputes, and law.
