BOB Smart Ads lets you plan and pay for digital advertising campaigns in Indian Rupees (INR) across third-party platforms (for example Zepto, Swiggy, Zomato, PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm, and Truecaller). Payment confirmation does not mean the ads are already live; fulfilment follows after our team places the campaign.

You must be authorised to bind the brand you advertise. You are responsible for activity under your login and for providing accurate billing details, including GSTIN when you opt to add GST.

Campaign prices are in INR and are shown before you pay. Checkout is handled by Cashfree. A charge is complete only when our systems record a verified payment (webhook or reconciliation), not merely when the payment page closes.

Third-party platforms may reject, delay, or change inventory. Creative specs are published in the product. We are not those platforms and cannot guarantee their auction, moderation, or reporting.

You must not run campaigns that are unlawful, misleading, or prohibited by a destination platform. We may pause or cancel a campaign that violates these terms or platform rules.

To the extent permitted by law, BusinessOnBot's liability for a campaign is limited to the INR amount you paid for that campaign. We are not liable for lost profits or platform-side delivery shortfalls beyond a refund or re-run we agree in writing.
